On Sunday October 15, members of the Oberlin Contact Improv Dance Community took a road trip up to beautiful Mather Dance Center, here in Cleveland. It was awesome to have at least 16 dancers, and was one of the largest of our improv crowds ever.

I was astonished by the skill level of these folks. I didn't have a camera, but fortunately, had my sketchbook with me. I did quick line drawings with a soft charcoal stick. Later, I mushed the charcoal around to give the lines some volume. Then I scanned the drawings and used Photoshop to tweak them a little.
